Our staycation @ Furama Riverfront (Family Theme Room - Pirates) - (Review)

It's the March Holidays and we are off to our 2 days 1 night staycation @ Furama Riverfront hotel. Furama has never been on my to-go list for staycation as my impression of it is that it is a pretty old hotel with nothing much to do and not kids' friendly as well. Boy was I wrong!

Rayes is excited about his first staycation!

Our Family Theme Room - Pirates

The family theme room consists of a bunk bed with a queen size bed at the bottom and also another pull-out bed so it is more than enough for our family! You know it's not easy to find a nice hotel room with 3 kids.

Besides the Pirates theme, there are also Castle and Underwater theme family rooms to choose from!

Board game to entertain the kids

There's even an Xbox! But we did not play with it at all as our boys do not play with gadgets. Moreover, the bunk bed is sufficient to entertain them for the day.

Comfy bed!
Staycation is their time for catching some TV shows....
Mother and son!
And it's off to waterplay! The boys enjoyed themselves much playing with the inflatable at the pool!

They have children's bathrobes as well!

They just love playing with water I guess!

Coffee!! My love!
Breakfast @ The Square, we recommend you to top up $60 for their buffet dinner as well because 1 child dines free with 1 paying adult! yay! This way, you really do not need to step out of the hotel at all......

I love this playroom located inside the restaurant. Parents can eat peacefully while their kids play at the play area.

Nom Nom Nom!! Delicious!
Brothers!
Love this picture because it has lots of "FEEL"!

There is also a children's playroom, PAWS, located at the lobby so rest assured that they are fully occupied while waiting for you to check-in or check-out.

Well, I think the toys in the PAWS playroom is pretty similar to what we have at home but the boys still enjoy being inside and can't bear to leave. But it is indeed a very nicely decorated room! No wonder the boys love it so much.

So.....do you think this is the end of our fun? Wait!

As part of the Family Theme room package, guests are entitled to 30 minutes of free play at Waka Waka by The Polliwogs @ Annex Furama (the building beside Furama Riverfront Hotel), after which entrance fees with a 20% discount applies.

Waka Waka by The Polliwogs @ Annex Furama was newly opened in Dec 2016, of course we have to check that out!
